NVC practice groups facilitated by Blue Heron are focused on your interests and needs.  You'll get to experience a variety of practice exercises, small group configurations, and opportunities to connect, receive, and contribute.

I receive your requests and provide facilitation and coaching accordingly. I also encourage and support peer coaching. 

Sessions are usually organic and flexible to make them meaningful, alive, and fun!
